The heart of the Earth Mother beats for you. She drums patiently and steadily as she awaits your return into her womb for healing remembrance. In the sacred healing sweat, dive deep into prayer upon the altar of the Earth Mother as she supports and safely holds you in purification and re-connection. Join us for Sweat Lodges, Fire Ceremonies and Retreats and remember how to pray. Connect to the elements, the four directions, the record keepers, the trees, and come into communion with the master teacher of the Fire. Sacred Living Lodge Series
Join Christina Alexa, Keeper of the Lodge, in sacred tradition for monthly group sweat lodges & fire ceremonies, year-round.

LOCATION: June 26, 2026 marks our second season at White Gates Farm. It is time to disassemble last season’s lodge in a sacred way, and build the new lodge that will take us through 2026 to 2027. While I have been leading sweat lodges for many, many years, our location at this magical farm is a true blessing. Our lodge site is privately tucked away in the woods but easily accessible. In-season, cabins can be rented should you choose to stay the evening, based on availability. Tenting at just $10 per person is also permitted. White Gates Farm is a deeply healing, nurturing environment; its stewards, Heather and Hank LeTharte, are simply amazing, salt-of-the-earth, service-oriented souls. White Gates regularly holds Pizza Nights with live music outdoors, and delicious pizza from there wood fired pizza oven! Check out White Gates Farm.
A Symbol of Purification, Connection, and Renewal
The sweat lodge is a sacred space deeply rooted in many Indigenous traditions across the world, serving as a place of physical, spiritual, and communal purification. It is more than a simple structure; it represents a profound connection between humanity and the natural world. Through ceremony, prayer, and intentional reflection, the sweat lodge becomes a transformative and restorative experience for participants. Its purpose extends beyond the physical act of sweating—it delves into the soul, fostering clarity, renewal, and harmony.
The energy of the rocks is ancient and enduring, a repository of wisdom shaped by ages of transformation. When dedicated to the fire, they serve as conduits of grounding and purification, holding the intentions of the group and amplifying the connection between earth and spirit. Each stone carries a unique resonance, a silent song of stability and renewal, uniting the sacred elements as the fire burns brighter. Their presence in the ceremony invokes the strength of the earth, calling upon its timeless support to guide and sustain the process of release, healing, and renewal.
Join us for monthly sacred living lodges in which we work with the energies of the new and full moon, of release and rebuild, letting go, manifestation and connection. Space is limited to ten participants plus the Keeper of the Lodge, Christina Alexa.

How to Prepare
Remain open. Welcome feelings of vulnerability.
Reflect on what calls you to each lodge with sincere intention.
This work precedes itself. If you are called, expect the energies of the lodge ceremony to begin speaking to you in advance.
Be respectful of self, others and the ceremony itself. Expect to be wrapped in loving community and connection.
Understand that the Fire is a presence, an elemental master teacher who transmutes limitations to create freedom of the heart.
Expect the unexpected. Release the ego when it arises. Witness, let go, stay present.
Drink plenty of water one-two days prior to the sweat lodge.
Hydrate abundantly (with water) after the sweat lodge.
Trust yourself.
